Onedigiweb delivers digital marketing, website development, software engineering, and consulting services as outlined in individual statements of work (SOW) or signed service agreements.
Intellectual Property
Upon full settlement of invoices, all custom source code, designs, and intellectual deliverables developed specifically for the client become the property of the client, unless specified otherwise.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
