Refund Policy

At Onedigiweb, we strive for excellence in every project we undertake. Because digital engineering and marketing involve dedicated labor and resources, our refund policies are structured fairly.

Project Milestones

Payments for milestones that have already been commenced or delivered are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled prior to commencement of work, any advance paid will be refunded minus applicable processing fees.
