Each service will be defined by a project scope or contract.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the proposal or invoice shared before project initiation.

Services may require full or partial advance payment.

Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a formal agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide all necessary content, access, and approvals on time.

Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeline.

Maintain communication throughout the project to avoid delays.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative content (designs, code, campaigns, etc.) remains the property of Onedigiweb until full payment is received.

Once payment is complete, rights to the final work may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated.

Onedigiweb reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality

Any sensitive or proprietary information shared between Onedigiweb and the client will be kept confidential unless legally required to disclose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Onedigiweb is not liable for:

Loss of business, revenue, or data

Delays due to external systems (hosting, platform outages, etc.)

Results not solely under our control (e.g., third-party platform algorithm changes)

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service with a written notice of 14 days.

Any work done until the termination date will be billed accordingly.

All outstanding dues must be cleared before termination is finalized.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified via email or website notice. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Patna, Bihar, India.
